My pouch arrived puffy or inflated — is that normal?
Yes, completely normal — and your product is perfectly safe. Our pouches are sealed to protect the powder and keep it fresh, and changes in air pressure during transit (especially on flights) can make a sealed bag look puffy or expanded. It's a good sign your seal is intact. Just give it a shake and enjoy.
What's your shipping policy?
We offer FREE US shipping on all orders over $40. Orders below $40 are charged a small flat shipping rate, calculated at checkout. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as yours ships.
Is there a discount for subscribing?
Yes! Subscribing gets you 10% off your order.
Does Curvespace contain caffeine?
Dual Debloat contains a small amount of naturally-occurring caffeine (from yerba mate and green tea) for a clean, gentle morning lift — much less than a cup of coffee. Dual Balance is completely caffeine-free, which makes it perfect for your afternoon or evening.
How do I use the two products together?
Mix one stick or scoop into 8–12 oz of cold water and stir or shake. We recommend Dual Debloat in the morning to beat bloat and feel light, and Dual Balance later in the day to support balance, tone, and glow. You can take either one on its own, or pair them as your AM/PM ritual.
What's inside — any sugar or allergens?
Both formulas have 0g added sugar and are free from artificial colors and fillers. Please note Dual Balance contains soy (from soy isoflavones). You can see every active on each product page. If you're pregnant, nursing, or taking medication, check with your healthcare provider before starting.
How should I store my mixes?
Keep your pouch in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and reseal it firmly after each use to keep the powder fresh. No refrigeration needed.
