Refund policy
Return Eligibility
Unopened items purchased from www.thecurvespace.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Returns are subject to a handling and restocking fee of up to 15%, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
How to Return a Product
- Contact us at support@thecurvespace.com to request a return.
- Pack the item(s) securely using the original packaging or a suitable alternative.
- Include the original invoice, packing slip, or confirmation email inside the package.
- Ship the return to our warehouse using a courier of your choice.
Customers are responsible for tracking return packages. We recommend using a reliable shipping service and retaining a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.
Refunds
Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 business days and credited to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–15 business days for the refund to appear.
Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may limit our ability to offer a replacement or refund.
Canceling or Modifying an Order
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will do our best to assist you, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
